Valuation ;Personally, i think the company is doing a good job of buying bottom up value . Taking something thats worth basically nothing and turning it into something of value. It may not satisfy everyone because of not literally going into production but for me to put a little money to work and know that in a year from know the company ( stock ) is worth 30% more . Well ill take that any day . Cheers management , keep it up , and try not to over pay on properties or ventures you get into .
