The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

so we found 2 more minerals in these last drill results. Rare earth minerals too? Well there is a feather in our cap. I am happy to see it. funny with silver up $1 today and finding those rare earths and yet the stock is still down, 4.5 million shorts doesn't help. a short squeeze on this stock would hurt the shorts
