Why the new name ??

Why the new name ??This company was called   ABcann global ...  For some reason they changed to VIVO.     No idea why,.but,I googled "VIVO"" ....there is a shoe company....a resort... and another I cant remember.    Anyone find it strange that ABcann would pick a name so commonly uised ???     something dont smell right ....
