RE:Stage is being set for a Cheap Buyout !!!!

RE:Stage is being set for a Cheap Buyout !!!!I am not sure you are right about the buy-out.  Currently thay have only ,34 employees which includes Management of which there are 10 (so about 30%). In addition there are 7 more who are Board members so in all 17 Management and Board members.  If past behavious is any indication then none of these folk are going to walk unless they get a severence of between 10 and 30 million so if we err on the conservative side whoever buys them out will have to pay about $280,000,000 for the company and another $170,000,000 for golden parachutes......its just not worth it at current levels - maybe if they drive the share price down to 10 cents or so it may be attractive, but certainly not at these levels.

In the meantime someone is hitting the bids - probably some are retail shareholders who are fed up but I suspect much of it is coming from the same sellers we have been seeing for the past few months..........only 120,000,000 more shares to go.

Sad...but hey - they are not in business to please the shareholders.
