Great question.  I didn't say they were not supposed to be in the business to please shareholders - I simply said that they are clearly  NOT in the business to please their shareholders - obviously they have other priorities - given the bids that are being hit and the fact that over $30,000,000.00 that has dissapeared from free cash without any significant purchases or construction since the issue one might wonder where that money has gone (salaries and bonuses perhaps) but without being a public company those funds would not exist.

There is little incentive to sell the company and even less for anyone to want to buy it at these levels.
