RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Kenneth ClementHi Islander

I am one who does not believe insiders or "past insiders" are doing anything out of malace.  Rather they simply want dollars in their hands rather than an investment in a company that they may (or may not) bear any ill will.  That being said, I suspect we will continue to see significant selling from these folk as they work at keepng their number of shares (and hence need for insider reporting) under the radar (ie less than 10%).  If, as has been stated by others, Mr. Clement (and probably others) are due to get a further 20 million shares over the next year or so - he/they  need to dump an equivelent number onto the open market so as to remain in the shadows.

I was unaware that that many more shares had been committed to insiders and "past insiders" so the likelihood of the share price going anywhere soon iseems pretty unlikely unless there is a change of heart.  I must confess, that a return of over 30,000,000 shares for a year or two of work is pretty darn nice money.  I am wondering how many more shares are going to come out that are "owed" for past performance.

This really is looking more and more like a personal ATM machine for management and BoD.

Cheers

Rusty
