Not sure if it will be a slow spiral - my take on management, based on what has happened to date with both past AND present is that they will take what they feel they are "entitled" so if it is sold for its present market cap of 163,000,000 - or even double that - virtually every penny will simply go to "severence packages"  fashioned after what they have already delivered which leaves nothing for the shareholders.

I would like to be wrong on this but to date I have seen no evidence that anyone in management is in this for anything other than what will benefit their own pockets.

Another dissapointment.
