It owns and operates about 51 in-service office properties comprised of approximately 17 million square feet of primarily Class A office space which are 87.1% leased. It has one redevelopment asset comprising about 127,000 square feet in Orlando, Florida. The Company’s portfolio of properties is primarily located in various metropolitan areas, including Atlanta, Dallas, Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C., Boston, Orlando, Minneapolis, and New York, and others.

Glencore is NOT a passive investor. It is just a matter of time before Glencore takes this stock to a new level. Not in a hostile way;but in a lets get it done business way. Glencore bought it's shares at 15 cents Canadian, and they trade today at 12 cents on the open market. This is a gift by PDM management to small investors becuase it it just a matter of time before the institutions and mini-insties take this stock higher.

Thank you PDM management for this wonderful 2-3 cents per share gift. I added 80,000 shares to an
already large position.
