for the company the they can leave this site with finance for a plant in Argentina.

if we stay on site and consolidation in some form is not in the cards, ALM will become somewhat obsolete, as their production rate would vanish in comparison to PE.V. and that production would finance their plant in Argentina.

the last option takes a few years longer but make the company more robust. Think we hold a good hand, either way.
