Regarding Simbol, I finally got around to look at that. Not to be talking the CV project valuation down, for most it is properbly oblivious but I came to this realization right now. The USD 350 mill for Simbol small claim, is not the story as I see it, it was to get hold of the technology and tweak it in house to become let's say a competitor to Posco and Tenova Bateman in the lithium processing plant field. A technology company.

of course that would enable tesla to make an explore section in their company and utilize their technology to vertical integrate lithium, but also sell this technology to others.

However the technology was the target after my opinion and hence can not be used one to one to compare with the CV claim sell price.
