As Joe said yesterday, JV were delayed because of the road show he had to do for the IPO. For this type of company, owning so much claim, JV are more important than what they can actually do. My feeling is that pace will probably will accelerate.
Hoping I am right, even I do believe that SPC-2 is a failure....
