"There seems to be unlimited supply from Scotia, I bought a big chunk today. It is a very high risk play, though I believe it worth the risks. From a report I got, the pre-salt well could worth 2 dollar to PEC with 1/3 of chance of success. I had continuous discussions with the management. They apparently have another secondary oil target just above the salt. You may have 50% chance if either target hits. I would like to flip the coin here, it seems to me the risk and reward is very good. Plus its partner GALP is a 10 billion company, a natural acquirer of PEC if drilling successful."

That said, does anyone know if they are currently drilling this well or is this the next well to be drilled? Thanks...haven't had time to research that on my own so asking in hopes of not offending the DD guys around here.
