TD analysisTD is holding their target at 1.70.
The analyst said that he/she only gave a 10% chance for success at the last well. However, they were much more hopeful about the ALJ-4 well that PEC is currently working on and suggested that this could be a good catalyst for increasing the shareprice. News for the new drilling should be available mid-October.
