Pumpers are working hard

Pumpers are working hard

but can't move sp up even a penny, since pumpers are going crazy in pec so I am very sure pec won't break up 0.135 today and the 0.20 is always a dream for those pumpers, when most people expect something to happen, that thing will not happen, in pec board seems everybody believe pec will go to 0.2, so that will never happen.
