Promising JV news release

Somebody call management again ? Where is the promising JV news ? Now I am even suspect how much pec share price can benefit from this JV news ? Yesterday POE.V released some good news, they hit real oil but its share price only get 20% up.

If somebody called management, please share your information here, no pump or bash please.
