highly depends on what your investment horizon is. Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating holding venture plays for 2-3 years; however, on a down day on the TSX and TSX-V, PEC held pretty well considering we were at around .19-.195 prior to the JV news release.

Looks like Raymond James is back in as well with the 50,000 at end of day - albeit it is not an earth-shattering amount....
