Perhaps... but one cannot ignore the fact that nearly 30 million shares have changed hands over the last 3 trading days and all within a couple cents. Looks like it will open higher than yesterdays high today like Feb 15 and May 25. Jun 29 there was a halt and then news. If this runs too fast, I anm sure they will be asked to get a n/r out to explain the activity but so far it sure looks like the start of a run like last Feb when it did .09-.25 with a one day run on no news from .13 to .20 after clearing the .115 level.

It will be interesting how much this changes before the open..
