Thanks.  ALC-1 is so important because if it hits, it allows them some financial stability, and they can then be much more stringent with the terms of their future negotiations.  If it misses, the partners will smell blood and without going back to the capital markets, which Ash definitely doesn’t want to do at this point, they will be able to dictate their terms to Porto, and they’ll take the lions-share.  So it’s not the end-all-be-all, but it does set us up very nicely going forward if it hits!
