Share Price Is Way Too Low

Primeline reporting states that their EPS was $0.15 in the last quarter. They are currently showing that their TTM Revenue (trailing 12 months) is over $C138 million which is 10 times greater than their market value. If they would settle their arbitration with CNOOC and go on the offensive the share price could reach their true value, in my opinion.
