Primeline issued an update this afternoon. It seems we won't know the final decision for a few months.

The timeline is playing out the way these things go. last arb was settled before arbitrator decision because peh would have won. This case could be settled next week or cnocc goes to the wall. My only clue here is that the largest shareholder put his own dough up so he has a better read on the motivations of the Chinese gov in the age of Trump.
