MACD/ MACD HISTOGRAM
MACD/ MACD HISTOGRAM
If anyone is interested in technical indicators, take notice of the MACD and MACD Histogram (The Blue Blocks) for crossovers. This usually preceeds stock price, and volume. You will see the MACD Histogram move first, then the MACD itself, and then a session or two later volume picks up, and off you go. The other indicators are support.
Just look at the example below, and see what happened each time the MACD Black line crossed above or below the Red line. See what happened to the share price in each case. Then look down to what the volume was.
Look where the stock price is by the time you get a big volume spike. The big price move has already taken place by that time. You might catch a bit of the spike if you have perfect timing, but I doubt many can do that. I'd rather be in early, and let the volume players run it up the pole. Look to take a little off the table with the big volume days, cause they usually don't last very long.
Of course, nothing is for certain. This is just one man's opinion. Always do your own DD. These penny stocks can be a crap shoot. One can only do so much DD I guess. Find what works for you, and stick with it I say.
