I doubt SNS would release a "joint" PR headline that reads, "SNS Silver(SNS) and Premium Exploration (PEM) Update" without PEM's blessing.
If PEM's in the headline is because Del Steiner has OKed it. Even more so as Steiner is also a director of SNS. My take is both parties are optimistic...same sense I got when I called PEM directly.

But they do need a partner with money in their pockets if they want to explore the 18 miles of Orogrande. And if SNS is paying a good chunk of the bill, where's the problem?
Hard to see a Big Boy coming along with only some 3/4 of a million ounces currently in the bag. Also where they drilling now is where they expect to find gold...and have do so historically...Friday Petsite is the low hanging fruit. It may not be so easy once they begin step out drilling and new target exploration.
That's not to say Big Boys aren't watching. They're watching a number of juniors at a similar stage. But they won't step up to the plate until PEM delivers the goods.
