Yep, the PR is definitely from SNS.

Again, hard to see SNS issuing a jointly headlined PR without Del's blessing. Especially one that only really says both parties are moving forward.

Also in a world of cellphones, iPhones and Blachberry's hard to see how it would be hard to get in touch with Del no matter where on the planet he would be. I'm pretty sure he was 'texted' a draft if he's onsite.

It would be completely unprofessional for one party to issue a partisan news angle in the middle of negotiations. More so as both presidents, Steiner and Greenway, both sit on one company's board, i.e. SNS.  I would guess that these two guys are pretty close.

Isn't this good new for PEM?  Negotiations are moving forward in a deal that will bring more cash for Orogrande exploration.
