BUY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that all is low again it is time to BUY. PEM weathered this storm today just fine. This will be the floor that we now can pick up from where we left off. Hopfully we don't start getting crazy volume days, would be nice to the S/P climb nice and slow.
