Vector Vest gives PEM a HOLD reccomendation

Vector Vest gives PEM a HOLD reccomendation.

However, it doesn't look like the Vector Vest program is specifically meant for MINING stocks, and it looks like it is lacking a lot of information. Oh well :)

Interestingly it says that PEM does have average safety , so hopefully we won't see another pump n dump anytime soon.

I read on the bullboard a group of investors gave PEM a BUY reccomendation up to .82 cents, and I'm glad to have them on board!

Lots of news coming down the tubes, and I am very excited. Good luck to everyone who is going LONG on this stock, as I have diligently held onto my shares for many months :)
