PP QUESTION....

PP QUESTION....

Just thinking out loud here on the PP.

I hear they are offering units of the PP for .15 each, plus .5 warrant @ .25 for 24 months. You have to purchase a minimum of 30,00 units. That works out to be

30,000 X .15/Unit = 4,500.00 (I assume 1 Unit = 1 Share)

30,000 X .5 Warrant = 15,000 Shares X .25 = 3,750.00

Total for the 45,000 shares would come to 8,250.00

If a person just bought shares in the open market today, those 45,000 shares in total would cost 5,850.00 at today's share price of .13.

Why would a person spend $8250.00 for an opportunity to own 45,000 shares, when they could spend that $8250.00 and receive 63,500 shares today.

Makes no sense to me.

Anyone more educated then I am on these PP's?
