The good news is that a consolidation (if it happens) will probably be in November at the earliest.
That gives us some time.

Like I said before, PEM's best short term prospects lie with palladium (Montana properties).

The palladium chart will break out, or maybe SWC hill find something BIG that extentd to PEM's property.

Palladium is the only commodity that historically has gone up with rising interest rates and a higher US dollar.
