Financials are Out

Net Loss of $577K in 2012 compared to a Net Loss of $169K in 2011. I personally thought it was going to be closer to a million...

Not much of a material change between 2011 and 2012 for current liabilities - still owe about $2Mil

Assets are up to $1.5 Mil compared to only 200K in 2011.

I wouldn't worry about the comments regarding financing to explore current opportunities as the $25 Mil LOC was done in January of 2013. However, mgmt still needs to address lack of working capital funds and the short term debt.

No big surprises for me. Other thoughts?
