RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:nothing but bad nrI cannot speak to how long the deals take to finalize with the regulators, but my experience is the debts exist for over a year before the deal even gets tabled.  I will say I have also had bills go unpaid with no offer of shares for debt, and my opinion is that without a reasonable long shot drilling program bankruptcy/restructure would have been the outcome and none of us would be here.

I don't think any conclusions can be made about the well results from the existence of this deal.  On the positive, we would have had to pay the debts from casflow, and now if the well is good cashflow can be used for drilling/new deals. 
And hell if the well is a duster it dont much matter anyway.
