I believe it is in reference to value of the Vulcan operation when completed. See the news article below in reference to it. Also note it will take 2 months for permit and alot of conditions to work thru to get there. The one eleven operation will be quicker as construction is underway, and we get half. Anyway you look at the big money is a year away, imo!
