Its not him who will invest most likely but the chinese connections he has in China. Those Chinese are LOADED with cash , they have so much that they don't know how to spend it. Also, Chinese are worried that government (communism mentality) might steal money from them so they rather invest most of it in international businesses. (thus why Vancouver & Toronto exploded economically thanks to chinese investors, and now Montreal). 

I believe CEA has a new hope with the new board, each have their own strength. All we know is that the new board is pretty interesting. I mean, what else can we do other than hope anyways
