6,226,485 Shares for Vulcan Property
In February 2019, the Company entered into an agreement with the landlord on the Vulcan lease agreement on behalf of Camarico Land Development such that the Company will issue 6,226,485 common shares at $0.20 per share to settle the 1st 7 years of lease obligations under the current lease arrangement for the 75 acres of land on the Vulcan property. Upon completion and closing of its current private placement and acquisition of the Camarico, the Company will then issue these 6,226,485 to the landlord and Camarico Land Development will no longer need to make next 1st 7 years of lease payments on the current lease arrangement for the 75 acres. Any future leases for additional land will however be subject to different terms of payments in according to a new lease arrangement and agreement.
