RE: RE: RE: DRV / MMG / George Brown

RE: RE: RE: DRV / MMG / George BrownYou can question my credibility all you want but if the BCSC had bought that sefl serving piece of drivel that George Brown wrote about himself they would have lifted the Cease Trade Order.  If you do not believe me then go and look at David Bending who was issed a CTO at the same time fpr the same thing.  Bending dealt with his CTO and then the BCSC issued a revocation order like this;

Revocation Order - David A. Bending

Section 171 of the Securities Act,
R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 41
 1 On February 6, 2008, the Executive Director made an order (the Cease Trade Order) under section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 (the Act) that David A. Bending (Bending) cease trading in the securities of Duran Ventures Inc. (Duran), MacMillan Gold Corp. (MacMillan), and Shoreham Resources Ltd. (Shoreham) until he files the required insider reports, completed in accordance with the Act and regulations, and the Executive Director revokes the Cease Trade Order.

 2 Bending has filed insider reports, complete in accordance with the Act and regulations.

3 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director orders that the Cease Trade Order is revoked.

So now consider yourself educated a little bit about being an Inside of a Public Company.  Me thinks that George Brown is still in the doo doo with the Regulatory Body and has a invite to a dance coming out his way.  :)
