I should have rebought some shares at 26 this morning when it saw, and not wait to check at again lunch.   Looks like the seller(s) of recent days have stopped

So maybe the sellers over the last week or so were those who knew about beforehand, and will participate in, the 23 cent placement?

A bit out of the ordinary (at least in my experience) to have a news release issued on a Sunday of a long weekend. Seems someone else wanted in without waiting. Money talks!
