I guess the company needed to give a decent discount to get that amount raised, as funding in these markets isn't easy.   It may be affecting the share price this morning.   

That being said, the fact that this large of an amount can be raised so quickly says something about the perceived merits of the properties by those participating.

Interesting that the funding package was done right away and not until after the step out hole results.   I have a feeling the deal is such that the participants may have initiated this as an offer right after yesterday's news.  Can't tell by the reading of the news for sure though who started what and when, but it sure seems quick.    Since similar mineralization
