RE:RE:RE:expect new buyers this week

RE:RE:RE:expect new buyers this weekhomeboy might be right- there's some pretty big bids, bigger than we were used to when the price was in the high teens, low 20's. Used to be a couple thousand on the bid now it's hundreds of thousands. And honestly- latest financials say PFC has $6.9M cash, and $200K accounts receivable, plus some other minor assets (prepaid expenses and the like), to bring the assets of the company to $7.2M, which is equivalent to market cap at 0.09. So essentially, the market is valuing the land position at $0. Even a gamble on one hole (which is pretty much what we have right now) is worth more than 0$. So, the company's undervalued, maybe by a little (in the case of the next one being another duster), maybe by a lot (in the case of oil strike on next hole). Bigger players and analysts should pick up on this. We should all recover some money from these levels. We shall see how much. It's really just a gamble now, but my hopes are not as high as they once were.
