Not a Pump But lack of Volume could be good
you so huge buying and insider reports now nothing
this could and I mean my opinion good as insiders are not allowed to buy as deals are been settled pretty standard,.
So perhaps the thrust was large buys before there hands were tied then the deal get announced they can then sell and buy agian.
voila thru roof or out the door

I know that when I used to contact the company they gave me the speech on saving cash and running lean right now. This all switched a week ago when they started saying things are underway and they cannot comment due to regulations on communications. Suddenly they became a lot more guarded on information flow. Lets hope this is a positive sign.
