So to recap, you are targeting $100m market cap for someone to buy when market improves at some point in future?  Problem is they owe sprott lending over $150m...  so after your hypothetical fair value realization - maybe at some point in the future - the company current problem is servicing 150m+ debt while producing 800 tpd at 4g/t and sub 4000 ounces per month. Help me with my math. 

you sure you didn't just buy at .01 and looking for 50% gain flipping at .015??
