RE:RE:RE:Pure Gold Mining Begins Strategic Review Process, Including Exactly Kirk. It reminds me of Rubicon in a few ways. All we see now are more options, more debt, more new plans and no gold numbers. My take on that phrase "maximizing shareholder value" is simple. They gave out about 200 million warrants under the first deal. Then there are all those options for guiding the company almost into oblivion. They are really busy working on exactly how they can make certain all of those can be exercised and make money for the holders. There are about 250 million of them so every penny in share price will cost a potential buyer an extra 2.5 million bucks.
