Crazy Market and Crazy Stock

So Prosper announces some less than stellar channel sampling results and the stock price surges.  Other stocks announce spectacular drill results and the stock price goes down (e.g. TBR).  This market is crazy and so is the price action on this stock.

I sold this stock at 19 cents after the last drill results were released and I took my loss because I thought this management is clueless.  What do I know as the market seems to think something big is happening here.  Out of curiousity, it would be nice if anyone could provide some views on what is going on.  Not buying back as I have no faith in this management team but it would be nice to understand the rationale for the price movement.
