RE:Who is selling?

RE:Who is selling?

At a reasonable estimate of $1.5 million EBITDA per quarter, this is trading at under 6x EBITDA. What am I missing here? I feel like a broken record repeating the same thing while the stock price declines 25% in two weeks.

You aren't missing anything. You're right. It's cheap and being ignored by everyone. Canadian micro caps have lost their thunder and there are plenty of high quality names that are on sale right now.

Also ebitda margins could expand in the future and inch closer to 15% than 10%. They have an ability to pick up quality companies at very cheap valuations and I'm excited to learn about their next one. The Ontario market is probably next.

Exciting times for sure.
