Looks like this one is being sold off by someone. Larger than normal volume as well. Even Ryan makes mistakes!

Ryan does make mistakes but he recommended this for a 2 or 3 year hold. Some are nervous about Quebec's incentives to get workers back to public sector and so they're selling or they're just taking a tax loss now with intentions of buying back later.  Check back in 2 years and we'll reassess whether his PHA recommendation did well or not.

Definitley a long term hold for sure- and that is consistent with his investing philosophy anyway. Gonna sock a few more away if we head south of a buck this month.
