It seems like many beaten down small caps are getting a little bit of life breathed back into them, at least price action wise. When does PHA get a bounce or some sort of upward movement from the 1.5 years of selling?

I think we're going to get a dead cat bounce by years end. For those that are risk averse, it may be a good time to take some off the table if we get another rally.  I know it's something people don't want to hear, but I think the markets are going to get worse next year. I hope I'm wrong.

Acumen, which is the brokerage designated for the buyback, was buying a bunch more today into the financial report which came Dec. 21 last year.
