Cumulative 1,156,000 shares bought by NCIB to date

Updated NCIB count posted earlier - I tally (hopefully with no calculation mistake) 1,156,000 shares bought back under the NCIB since the start.

This is about 81% of the maximum permitted under the NCIB, and represents about 5.5% of the total public float bought back so far.

One can argue if this is the best capital allocation, but it gives a sense of confidence when a company actually fully implements a NCIB.

The vast majority of shares were purchased prior to the Quebec announcement. At this point it might be better to use the $otherwise.  For example paying off debt/chasing business outside Quebec.
