PHD is a candian company and has to publish a quarterly interim fiancial statement and a yearly auditted one by law; additionally to all public announcements potentially impacing shareholder value. You may also find most of them in the news tab of the providence website. Different compression levels are available, the MD&A - English is the most extensive one including drilling results, footnotes detailing internal money flow and forward looking company assesments.
