In the most basic sense, this removes the warrant overhang so any pop that may come should have a chance to be better realized.
As well, the idea has been that monies from producing the stock pile would fund future work on the property so if there is gold at the levels stated no need to transact on them anyway which serves to not increase the share count.
Even at a basic level then this is positive so just give your head a quick shake and see for yourself.
