Warrants will be a sort of cap. I expect, warrant holders may well sell shares to exercise warrants. That will bring in about $450,000 to Providence.That in turn will finance the drill campaign for 2022 without further huge dilution.It’s a good plan, cheap and doable.The stock will be cheap until next week,and I don’t see it being cheap after that.

a lot of warrants just expired this week as per my previous post, so no money in, and a reduction in 'total diluted' for PHD as noted earlier. As for the currently active PP, Future warrants are at 0.15, and that is a long way off from todays price of 0.065, and would mean at least a triple from todays price before warrant holders would even think about exercising - so not much of a cap ...more

Gamble just loves tossing out those generic pump terms! "The pp is expected to be in strong hands"  Hopefully that is always expected, however there is nothing to indicate that will be the case.  In fact,  in many of these financings they end up in relatively weak hand.  Any slight move upward they sell the share halting the upward movement and sit on the free ...more
