John Anderson was a Director for Petromin Resources Ltd (also a public company on tge TSX) that was involved in a $1.8 Billion USD International Arbitration (China). Before any announcement Petromin delisted from the TSX and the $1.8 Billion USD has disappeared. Knowing this would you give him a $300 Million USD Government Grant?

So are you saying Anderson perpetrated or got rich off of this? Do you think Phenom hired him willy nilly without knowing his employment histrory? If you honestly believe this is the game he plays would he not need help from other board members tof petromin, or maybe he had nothing to do with the dissappearing money. Are you saying other board members at Phenom are on board in some kind of big ...more

You ask a lot of dumb questions.  You should maybe ask John those questions, I certainly asked him questions and got completely ignored. The board of Petromin including John went the extra mile to keep the financial auditor silent when I had him summons to the AGM "Do you think Phenom hired him willy nilly without knowing his employment histrory?" Duhhhh neither John or Phenom are ...more

You show or offer no proof Anderson did anythging wrong, just a bunch of dumb accusations. Shoiw at least an inkling of truth of the blame you throw.

You think I'm throwing blame? You sound more like a scammer than an investor Facts: Petromin Resources Ltd was reported to be involved in a $1.8 Billion USD International Arbitration in China  John David Anderson was appointed a Director of Petromin Resources Ltd prior to any announcement or settlement of the International Arbitration  Once appointed a Director of Petromin Resources ...more

We are now at POSSIBLY 1.8 billion, where is your proof Of Anderson instructing anybody to do anything. I guess I am stupid because without proof of any wrongdoing I feel you are basicly just spreading bs.
Comment by TyDaum on Apr 30, 2024 8:02pm
The International Arbitration in China was reported on Sedar.com for $1.8 Billion USD, they delisted Petromin Resources Ltd. from the TSX and failed to make any further disclosures. Perhaps they settled for a little less. Your the one spreading the BS here. All Directors of a Canadian company are equally responsible under Canadian law with the exception of the one Director also holding the ...more

TyDaum:  Are you suggesting that because a director was inolved in a company that blew up, we shouldn't invest in PHNM? Your criticism of John Anderson dates back to at leasst the end of March and had someone followed your advice they would have missed out on a 50% gain.

And, therefore, phnm lays another egg?
