Odd Trading Pattern???

Odd Trading Pattern???Someone @ Scotia is feeding the $.02 Monkey in 1,000 share blocks every 20 minutes every day.
PKP will be held down until this seller is done.
Appreciate any thoughts as to the reason. Large investor selling cheap to his other investor buddies?? Who's paying commision on this. Or are they???
