Well maybe.....

BUT the "value of the deal" is being assessed by an independent appraiser.  THEN the company will buy into the deal by issuing the equivalent value in shares AT A PRICE OF 0.029/share. 

So it is hard to figure how 'the value of the deal" is going to lead buyers to get in at 10 cents when they KNOW that the company is going to issue a TON of stock at 3 cents tomorrow.  And it is a TON, like about 2 billion shares, if the math is right.

Do the Shareholders get to vote on this?
